We ship to the USA and Canada only. Since the majority of our products are sourced locally, we feel that it's best to ship only within these countries in order to keep our shipping impact as minimal as possible.
Our shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination and speed of service. We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options for US and Canada.

Our Illinois warehouse takes 1-2 business days to prepare an order for shipping. Then an item is shipped with the speed of service you select. We offer Standard and Expedited rates.
Free shipping for US orders is sent via Standard methods and usually takes 3 to 7 business days.

While we cannot edit or cancel an order once it has been placed, we are happy to help you return an item in accordance with our return policy.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You may also log into your account to verify the status of your order.
Sometimes the shipping companies move a parcel's delivery status to "delivered" before it actually has been delivered. Please give your package a couple of more business days to be received.
Also, verify if your neighbors may have received your package by mistake or check with concierge in your apartment building.
If you selected our Green Shipping Protection at checkout, then you can reach out to Corso's live chat or email them at support@corso.com. They will happily assist you with your shipment. Please have your order number and email address ready for them.

We accept returns on new, unused items with original packaging and tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be in SALEABLE condition.
