Green Shipping Protection
We are proud to partner with Corso's Green Shipping Protection. When you select this option at checkout, for a small fee, your package is 100% protected against loss, theft, or damage during transit AND the emissions of your order will be offset with a carbon offsetting program from Cool Effect.
If you need to follow up on an order that may be lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, please visit Corso's live chat. Alternatively, you can email them at support@corso.com. They will happily assist you with your shipment. Please have your order number and email address ready for them.

Shipping
Warehouse Locations: Our products are stored in and shipped from multiple warehouses located in the USA.
US & Canada Shipments: Some of our warehouses can ship to the US and Canada. Some warehouses can only ship products within the USA. You will be notified during checkout if we cannot ship the product to your location.

International Shipments: We only ship to the US and Canada in order to keep our collective carbon footprint for shipping as minimal as possible.
Fulfillment Times: Orders are fulfilled before 11am EST will ship within 1-2 business days later. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date fulfillment is complete, NOT the order date. Orders shipped during holiday times may experience longer than average shipping times.
Shipping Costs: Costs for shipping are calculated by weight and shipping method. If your order has products stored in multiple warehouses, you may see a seperate shipping fee per warehouse.
We offer free standard shipping for US orders over $70.
*BEAN Products and Dr. Ruth Roberts products are not included in our free shipping threshold.
USA
- Standard/Free Shipping > Approximately 2-5 business days (USPS)
CANADA
- Standard > Approximately 3-8 business days (FedEx)
Sales Tax/VAT/Customs/Import Duties
US Customers
We charge US sales tax for some states. You will see this tax added as a separate line item in your order.
Canadian Customers
We do NOT charge sales tax on your orders, therefore you are responsible for any sales tax, duties, tariffs, and/or customs brokerage fees your order may acquire when it arrives in your country. Orders may experience shipping delays if inspected by customs.
