Refund policy
We accept returns on new, unused items with original packaging and tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be in SALEABLE condition.
We charge a $4 handling fee and you are responsible for the costs of the return postage. The processing fee and return postage can be waived if you exchange or place a new order with us via the returns portal. Shipping and handling fees for returns cost our small business a lot of money, so we thank you for your understanding regarding these fees.
