All shipments are sent from our warehouse located in Traverse City, Michigan, USA.

We ship to the US and Canada only in order to keep our carbon footprint for shipping as minimal as possible.
Sales Tax/VAT/Customs/Import Duties
US Customers: We do charge US sales tax for some states. You will see this tax added as a separate line item in your order.
Canadian Customers: We do NOT charge sales tax on your orders, therefore you are responsible for any sales tax, duties, tariffs, and/or customs brokerage fees your order may acquire when it arrives in your country. Orders may experience shipping delays if inspected by customs.
Shipping Costs
Costs for shipping are calculated by weight and shipping method. We offer free standard shipping for US orders over $75.
SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT TIMES
All orders ship from our Illinois warehouse. Orders shipped during holiday times may experience longer than average shipping times.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date fulfillment is complete, NOT the order date.

Returns
We accept returns on new, unused items with original packaging and tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be in SALEABLE condition.
We charge $9.99 per return to cover processing and some of the shipping charges we incur. This processing fee can be waived if you exchange or place a new order with us via the returns portal. Shipping and handling fees for returns cost our small business a lot of money, so we thank you for your understanding regarding these fees.
