Green Shipping Protection
We are proud to partner with Corso's Green Shipping Protection. When you select this option at checkout, for a small fee, your package is 100% protected against loss, theft, or damage during transit AND the emissions of your order will be offset with a carbon offsetting program from Cool Effect.

Sales Tax/VAT/Customs/Import Duties
US Customers
We do charge US sales tax for some states. You will see this tax added as a separate line item in your order.
Canadian Customers
We do NOT charge sales tax on your orders, therefore you are responsible for any sales tax, duties, tariffs, and/or customs brokerage fees your order may acquire when it arrives in your country. Orders may experience shipping delays if inspected by customs.
The Kind Pet vs Collective Marketplace
We ship some products from our own warehouse and these products are labled as The Kind Pet,
All other products ship directly form the brands' warehouses and these products are labled as their own brand name (Farmers Dog, Project Sudz, etc). The full list of products can be found in our Collective Marketplace.
The Kind Pet Shipping
The Kind Pet products are stored in and shipped from our warehouse in Traverse City, Michigan, USA. These products ship to the US and Canada only in order to keep our carbon footprint for shipping as minimal as possible.
Costs for shipping are calculated by weight and shipping method. We offer free standard shipping for US orders over $75.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date fulfillment is complete, NOT the order date. Orders shipped during holiday times may experience longer than average shipping times.
USA
- Standard/Free Shipping > Approximately 1-5 business days
CANADA
- Standard > Approximately 7-21 business days
- Expedited > Approximately 1-3 business days
Collective Marketplace Shipping
All other products in our Collective Marketplace are sent from each vendor's warehouse, located across the USA. Some of these products may only ship to the USA.
Fulfillment and shipping times vary. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Returns
We accept returns on new, unused items with original packaging and tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be in SALEABLE condition.
We charge $9.99 per return to cover processing and some of the shipping charges we incur. This processing fee can be waived if you exchange or place a new order with us via the returns portal. Shipping and handling fees for returns cost our small business a lot of money, so we thank you for your understanding regarding these fees.
